Olive Garden Italian - Martinsburg

Waiter did not get to our table till 15 minutes. Had bad attitude

We went in around 3 PM on SAT Jan 7th. We go to this Olive Garden at least 50 times a year so we have favorite tables and asked the young man behind the desk for one of them, which happened to be in the bar area. The table was open. He said ” I've just sat my server.” We said “What?”. He repeated: “I've just sat my server”. We asked what that meant, and he kind of chuckled and stared at his computer screen. That, BTW, is customer service-speak for: ” We're no longer having a conversation”. So we … – show

This is a great Olive Garden and one of the best locations of this chain. We had a short wait for the table so we got a drink at the bar. The bar tender was very attentive and whipped up some great drinks. Then we had dinner and service was great. Especially for our large party. Honeys to goodness, the calamari was some of the most tender I’ve ever had. All the entrees were good.

Our waiter Noah, was AMAZING! The 65 minute wait on a Monday night was plain ridiculous. They don't have enough staff, so they really should adjust their hours or days maybe. Food was subpar and their menu has been reduced so much, that there aren't many good options anymore. Not one of our favs at all anymore!

Our server Brooke has to be THE BEST in town! She's so much fun and makes dinner a really enjoyable experience! Our local Olive Garden never disappoints. The food is consistently hot tasty!
