Great little Italian Restaurant with friendly staff, good food and romantic atmosphere. Best Italian we have been to for ages.

Having visited many local restaurants in the area and been underwhelmed, we decided to give Dal Nonno a go in Crawley Down. We had heard fantastic reviews of the place and we were not disappointed with our visit. The ambiance was warm with lovely hand painted walls and Italian background music. The staff were attentive and all Italian and the food delicious! I had the best ever Saltimbocca alla Romana and the kids loved their pizzas. The wine and overall cost of the meal was very reasonable and were even given complimentary tap water and bread and oil to the table without prompting. Overall a lovely lovely evening. Highly reccomended. Lovely authentic ambience, great reasonably priced dishes and run by a lovely Italian family.

We are often here and I can honestly say that we have never experienced anything except great eating and wonderful customer service in an authentic and busy family-run restaurant. we have dal. nonno in our village and I would highly recommend it

A fantastic evening for our jubilee yesterday and another unforgettable eating in this excellent Italian restaurant. always guaranteed excellent eating, wein, excellent service and especially the great atmosphere. deserves to be a top rated place...the passion of the family behind dal nonno seems through every time we visit. 10 of 10!
