Cinnamon Indian Cuisine - Crawley

Just Had a meal in cinnamons in Tilgate , I will not be going back , my wife and I both had a chicken dish and the chicken was hard and not edible , and to round it of got the bill and I was charged for large coke , it was cheaper to buy alcoholic drink .

WARNING Uncooked food was served and when took it back the owner Mr. Tariq denied anything wrong with the food whilst other member of the staff agreed with us that the parathas weren’t cooked... Mr. Tariq although well dressed but didn’t know how to talk to customer especially an elderly lady.. when we were leaving he started laughing at us with the rest of the staff..I said to him it’s a shame you shouldn’t laugh, he replied that he wasn’t...what a lier...I said to him you don’t need to be rude and then he said just leave...what a low level of customer service....Also what Tariq said was you can give uncooked food to customers at the restaurant as it’s not cooked like cooked in your home... thanks Tariq for sharing the wisdom.. really appreciate it.. You need to learn a bit of basic manners first..By the way consider the payment of our order as a charity to your restaurant fund...as you didn’t even bother to refund the money paid despite of returning of the food..

I absolutally love this restaurant, Its undoubtedly the best Indian in Crawley. The food is fantastic, the portions are large and good value for money, the indrigdients appear to be great quality and taste fantastic. I would deffinantly recommend going on a Tuesday night Banquet night, for about you can get any (which makes a change from the undesirable set menus) Main, Side, Nan/Rice, Pompadoms.
